The new Little Caesars Pizza off Hayden Road in the Gateway Commons area will open on March 26. The iconic pizza chain is part of a locally owned three-unit development that features a Take 10 gas station convenience store and Barrel Heads liquor store, both of which will also open this month.
Vrajesh Patel owns the Little Caesars and is excited to offer another pizza option on the east side of town.
“We can’t wait to open,” Patel said. “We are conveniently located next to the middle school, neighborhoods, and shopping center. We can’t thank the community enough for its support.”
Patel said they plan to offer multiple specials for the opening. They will employ 20 to 25 people and are still in the hiring process.
Take 10 and Barrel Heads will open on March 29. Take 10 offers an assortment of convenience store options and fresh food.
A 40-foot-by-12-foot bourbon wall highlights the Barrel Heads space, accentuated with custom woodwork resembling library shelving with a rolling ladder. There are also several bourbon barrels, a custom window design, and more. The space also has a sampling bar and will offer a wide variety of other alcohol.
“We will have high-end bourbon and whiskeys like Pappy’s as well as anything you would purchase at a typical liquor store,” said store owner Daval Patel. “We’re also sourcing vintage and rare bottles. We’ll also have 200 bottles for tasting at the bar and will look to add more.”
