Pigtails & Cowlicks is again hosting a spring multi-day sale that provides an opportunity for families to buy or sell high-quality children’s items at bargain prices. The event will be held at the Owensboro Convention Center in mid-April, though seller spots open Wednesday.
Ticketed presale opportunities begin April 17. General public shopping, which includes free admittance, is set for April 19-20. Find out more about the ticketing levels here. Presale tickets will go on sale at a later date.

“We will be filling the Owensboro Convention Center with items from over 600 families all for kids,” organizers said in a Facebook post. “We will have toys, books, shoes, furniture, clothes, boutique, and more for babies-teens.”
According to their website, ““Shoppers save 50-90% off retail prices for the best in name brand and boutique items. We pride ourselves in selling excellent items in an organized atmosphere.”
