River City Bike Expo roars back into Owensboro in Summer 2024

The River City Bike Show will roar back into Owensboro in Summer 2024. In addition to stunt performances all 3 days, the expo will again have vendors, a sound competition, and a tattoo experience. on the upper level of the Center.

The show, which is open to the public, is scheduled for May 31-June 2, 2024. One of the main draws is the collection of motorcycles, ranging from the latest models to cherished classics.

Attendees will also be treated to stunt performances by skilled riders. For those looking to deepen their connection to the motorcycle world, the expo will feature industry products, installation, and more than 25 tattoo artists offering live tattooing. 

“We’re thrilled to bring the River City Bike Expo to Owensboro,” said Mark Rhoades, event organizer and owner of Pinup Baggers. “This event is more than just a showcase of bikes; it’s a celebration of the spirit, passion, and sense of community that motorcycles bring to our lives. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just curious, there’s something for everyone.”

Components of the event:

  • Sound Warz National Motorcycle Audio Competition with an emphasis on sound quality 
  • Friday After 5 music with over 1 mile off free live music 
  • Downtown Pub Crawl on Saturday evening, featuring local pubs and restaurants, with free city trolley service offered
  • Tattoo showcase with over 25 artists offering live tattooing 
  • Live stunt shows on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday presented by Busted Knuckles
  • Christian Motorcycle Association presenting a Sunday morning church service, 9:30am in the Owensboro Convention Center
  • Rolling Thunder presentation of the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Wall and Missing Man
