Inspired by her morning routine, Owensboro native Jennifer Keller created “Project YOU” to provide women with a guide to develop and sustain a routine. She designed the 90-day book to guide individuals through building behaviors that create habits.
“The habits create routine, the routines create rhythm, and the rhythm becomes a lifestyle,” said Keller, who is also a seasoned veteran in the insurance industry.
She said many women are searching for more mental bandwidth, clarity, and purpose and that a spiritual calling incited a desire to create Project YOU.
“The faith piece brings you closer in your relationship with God, and the planner keeps you organized,” Keller said. “The gratitude journal increases your ability to live joyfully, the notes section gives you a space to get it all on paper, the habit tracker creates visible accountability, and the focus section keeps your mind on what matters most.”
Keller embarked on a spiritual journey in 2021 that sparked a transformation in her life. She said she named her company Red Bird Press because God sent a beautiful messenger to her daily that drew her near and directed her to be “still and present.”

“God put this project on my heart – I was called to create and spread this message,” she said. “He has used my abilities and talents to create something that not only brings women closer to Him but gives them the mental bandwidth to be their best.”
Keller added that women were created for more and that her all-in-one plan can guide them on their journey to a healthy and productive lifestyle.
“Women have the honor and responsibility of setting the tone in their households and circles,” she said. “Without a solid faith and routine, we can be left depleted and feeling like we are on the hamster wheel of life.”

With sales in seven states to date, Keller aspires to introduce the book to as many women as possible. She wants to “help women find the space to be their best and life from an abundance and purpose.”
Keller spends her days serving the community by providing the business sector with insurance services and solutions. She and her family of five are proud to call Owensboro home.
