Wheel of Fortune LIVE! — a live theatrical version of the famous TV game show — is coming to the RiverPark Center on Sept. 8. It will be co-hosted by Mark L. Walberg, who also hosts PBS’ Antique Roadshow, and actress Kalpana Pot, with Los Angeles Dodgers personality Dave Styles as the announcer.
“Like most of America, I’ve been a Wheel fan for decades,” Walberg said. “Being able to bring America’s Game to your hometown is truly a dream come true. I can’t wait to celebrate Wheel of Fortune with fans from all over the country and, as a bonus, help to make you all winners.”
The live stage show is the one-and-only way fans can experience “America’s Game” in-person outside of Sony Pictures Studios.
Guests can audition to go on stage and will have a chance to spin a replica of the iconic Wheel and solve the puzzles. They can win prizes including up to $10,000, a trip to Paris, Hawaii, and more. Audience members have the chance to be randomly selected to win cash and prizes.
Aside from Antique Roadshow, people may know Walberg from being the host of other shows like The Moment of Truth, The Mansion, House Rules, Test the Nation, Russian Roulette and Temptation Island.
