The Owensboro Convention Center will transform into a prehistoric exhibit complete with big dinosaurs this weekend for the Dinosaur Adventure event.
This weekend, guests will have the opportunity to travel back 65 million years to experience the prehistoric era of the world. The event promises to have something for the whole family — from sitting in on a velociraptor training session to meeting baby dinosaurs.
Some other activities include a realistic fossil search, the opportunity to mold dinosaur fossils, race jeeps, ride dinosaurs and more.
Along with the activities, guests are able to learn about different dinosaurs including Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Diplodocus and more.
Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased here. The event is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
