Dessa Rae Dean, 65, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at her home. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on June 23, 1953 to the late Benjamin Morgan and Barbara Lou Peckover. She was the owner of Dessa’s Daycare.
Dessa is survived by her children, Lea (Darin) Kissell of Ripley, Tennessee, Jon (Trish) Pickens of Lowell, Michigan, Wendy (Michael) Hubschman of Kennewick, Washington, and Jessica Moore of Phoenix, Arizona, two sisters, and two brothers.
