Do you have a little one who has been asking to play T-ball? Owensboro Parks & Recreation
Department is now taking registrations for its annual Summer T-ball league.
This league will be non-competitive with the emphasis on teaching players the fundamentals of how to
play and enjoy baseball. The season will consist of 10 regular season games. The season begins Monday, May 2 and all games will be played on Mondays at Kentucky Legend Fields at Jack C. Fisher Park. Make up games may vary pending weather and facility use.
The registration fee is $51 plus per child. Divisions: 3-4 year olds & 5-6 year olds. We are offering a Sibling Discount of $10 per child for each additional sibling registered after the first child who resides in the same household. Each child will receive a team t-shirt, hat, award and swim party at Combest Swimming Pool.
There will be a mandatory parent informational meeting Monday, April 18. It is recommended you register early for this fun and extremely popular program by calling the parks office or online.
