Owensboro High School might not have gotten an official win or loss, but it was able to strengthen its skills by competing against McLean County on Monday.
Owensboro shot a total of 220 overall, with Phoenix Barnett being the team’s leading scorer at 53.
Lilly Galloway also shot a 53 to help lead the charge, while Ellie Watson shot a 58 and Kaylei Moore shot a 59.
McLean County had three golfers compete on the day, thus deeming the event unofficial.
