Emma Nicole Hamilton,8, of Rockport, IN passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Emma was born on January 31, 2012 to Morgan Michelle Luttrell. She is a student at Rockport Elementary School and a member of Bridgepointe Church. Emma enjoyed swimming, sun bathing, and jumping on the trampoline; but her true enjoyment was spending time with her family and cuddling with her mom. Emma was able to capture true joy with her beautiful smile.
We are honored to have her memory live on in the lives of others, as she selflessly donated her organs and offered life to many in need.
She is preceded in death by her great grandfather Joseph Kempf, her great grandmother Janie Calamia, and her great uncle David Wallace.
Along with her mother she is survived by brother Kamdyn, her sisters Brinleigh and Braylee, her grandparents Tammy and Buddy Metts and Brian and Casey Merimee, her great grand parents Janice and Daniel Knight and great grandmother Rita Kempf.
Services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and again on Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
All who wish to honor and remember Emma in person at the visitation or funeral are required to wear a mask or face covering while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
