Motorists should anticipate lane closures on the Glover Cary Bridge for the next eight weeks, beginning on March 16. Lane closures will be utilized from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
A temporary signal will also be in place while this work is performed.
The lane closures are necessary for the installation of decorative lighting and will continue through the next two months.
Drivers can expect stop and go traffic flows and will need to adjust their speed accordingly.
Over-dimensional loads will be required to cross between 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
