Eric J. Sprankle, 27, of the 5500 block of Webster Lane was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Frankie A. Townsend, 59, of the 2700 block of West Fifth Street was charged Tuesday with trafficking in methamphetamine.
Joshua Hall, 35, of unknown residence was charged Tuesday with giving an officer false identifying information, fleeing/evading police, failure to comply with the sex offender registry and disorderly conduct.
