According to a survey by Nation’s Restaurant News, 10 percent of Americans eat out on Christmas Eve, and that number drops even further to 6 percent on Christmas Day.

McDonalds’s – all five locations, opens at 11 a.m.
New China – 4768 Frederica St., 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Shoney’s – 4710 Frederica St., 7 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Huddle House – 3248 Mount Moriah Ave., open 24 hours
Applebee’s – 5120 Frederica St., opens at 4 p.m.
