An accident was reported in the 2000 block of Hughes Avenue. A moped driven by Jordan Locke, 18, of the 7000 block of Lamplite Circle was struck by gold Crown Victoria that left the scene of the accident. Locke was was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital with injuries.
An accident was reported at the intersection of KY 54 and Highland Point Drive. Lois A Welch, 73, of Rockport, Ind. and Brandon T. Payne, 17, of Philpot were involved in the accident. Welch was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital with injuries.
A criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported at McDonald’s at 4800 Frederica Street, where a counterfeit $20 bill was passed.
An assault and strangulation was reported in the 1200 block of Crabtree Avenue.
