Kimberly Edwards, 47, of the 3000 block of Calhoun Road, was charged Monday with no registration plate, possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, license to be in possession and failure to produce insurance.
Frederick Flower, 41, of the 1700 block of Leitchfield Road, was charged Monday with second degree strangulation.
