Jason C. Daugherty, 42, of Madisonville, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Patrick G. Betts, 52, of the 3300 block of Dark Star Court, was charged Saturday with DUI and driving on a suspended license (third offense), failure to produce insurance, no registration plates, no registration, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
Shawn A. Hall, 35, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, third degree assault of a police officer and third degree terroristic threatening.
Sandra Mefford-Wilson, 63, of the 100 block of East Seventh Street, was charged Saturday with DUI.
