Steve Horlander, 58, of Owensboro died Friday, June 28, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on June 1, 1961 in Daviess County to the late Edward Horlander and Melinda Frances Bolton Horlander. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Donna Gail Horlander, on February 1, 2019; a step-daughter, Nellie Ann Vickers Howard; and a sister, Judy Boyiadji.
Survivors include his sons, Richard Dale Vickers (Carolyn Basham) and Jeremiah Lee Vickers (Tiffany); ten grandchildren; three-great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike Horlander, Wayne Horlander (Sarah), C.J. Horlander, and Tony Horlander (Printha); sisters, Emma Bryant (Rex), Beth Tong , Ruth Horlander, and Teresa Horlander; several nieces and nephews; his father-in-law, James White; sister-in-law, Linda Newton (Fred); and brother-in-law, James Gerard White.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2019 at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 Monday.
