Ronald B. Epple, 82, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born February 21, 1943 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Bernard and Lillian Hary Epple. Ronald was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Century Aluminum after 33 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pat Kirves.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ruth Ann Epple; son, Tim Epple of Owensboro; step-granddaughter, Brianna Weisman; daughter, Charlene Epple (Nathan Wyse); granddaughter, Josephine Wyse; and a grandson, Sanford Wyse.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2025 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Private ennichement will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
