
DUNDEE – Clifford R. Dockery, 80, of Dundee passed away April 9th, 2025 at Med Center Health in Bowling Green. He was born May 4th, 1944 in Dundee to the late Ruben and Christine Young Dockery.
Clifford was a graduate of Hartford High School. He spent most of his working years before retirement at Brown-Badgett Coal Company. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and basketball. He was always joking and loved to laugh, he loved to pick even more. He was a huge Fox News fan and loved working crossword puzzles. Clifford was an avid collector of many things.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Dockery; and sisters, Ruby Davis and Maxine Stewart.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Bradley (DeDe) Dockery; daughter, Sherri Basham; grandchildren, Sara (Kyle) Newcom, Scott (Natalia) Bradley, Chelsea (Logan) Milligan, Kendra (Cody) Dockery and Brayden (Gracie) Dockery; several great-grandchildren that he adored; and brother, Billy (Teresa) Turner.
To know Clifford meant to walk away with a happy heart. He was loved big and will be greatly missed. Until we meet again Big Cliffy.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Friends can visit with the family from 10:00 AM until time of service. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com.
