We took more photos Wednesday, showing the latest on flooding at Smothers Park. A portion of Veterans Boulevard remains closed as water continues to cover parts of the road. These photos were taken shortly after the Ohio River hit 47 feet — it’s now expected to crest at 47.8 feet over the weekend.
