Marjorie Ione Whitworth, 101, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Heartland Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lewisport. She was born May 19, 1923 in Hancock County to then late Lindsey and Mary Alice Harris Dill. Marjorie was also preceded in death by her husband, William L. Whitworth, a grandson, Jackson Lewis, a brother, Harris Dill, and two sisters, Dorothy and Kathryn Dill.
Survivors include two daughters, Billie Fulton and husband Bo of Owensboro and Brenda Lewis of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, two grandsons, John Fulton of Owensboro and Ben Fulton of Lexington.
There will be no services. A private burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
