The Ohio River is continuing to rise. It’s still a couple of days away from cresting but is already nearing the level at which low-lying portions of Smothers Park will begin to flood. Driftwood is already starting to accumulate in a few places and will likely get worse in the coming days. Here’s a live look from late Sunday afternoon.
