Wesley Paul Millay, 45, of Philpot passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Wes was born on September 20, 1979 to Joe Bill and Janice Millay. He graduated from Daviess County High School in 1997. He joined the Plumbers and Pipefitters local 633 and became a journeyman pipefitter as one of the best around. Wes was a part of the Knottsville Fire Department.
Wes enjoyed making others laugh; he was an avid UK fan and enjoyed spending time with his kiddos whenever they were free to come over. Wes was very spontaneous and had a bubbly personality with such a big heart.
Wes was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his sister, Jill Millay.
Wes leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Dana Mucker Millay; parents, Joe Bill and Janice Millay; his children, 3 daughters, Bailey (Jake) Nash, Gracie and Addison and a son, Dalton; a stepson, Damien Duncan, step daughter, India Mucker; his grandchildren, Lena B. and Kai M. Duncan and his brother, Waylon Millay.
A Prayer Service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, KY with a graveside service at a later date. Visitation will be on Monday, March 17, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
