• Justin K. Bellamy, 21 of the 100 block of Alexander Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives).
• Max C. Bellamy, 20, of the 100 block of Alexander Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives).
