• Rashed Malik Abdullah, 58, of the 900 block of W. 12th Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Tayshaun L. Dowlan, 20, of the 1000 block of Tamarack Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree strangulation.
• Shaun Douglass Riley, 28, of Lewisport, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary.
