In a competitive 11th district match Hancock County couldn’t pull off the upset, falling to Breckinridge County 80-71. Keegan Wilson scored a team-high 23 points with three assists, two rebounds, and a steal. Dec Lewko hit three threes to go along with his 13 points and Dylan Morris recorded a triple-double of 12 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists.
“We played a solid game and executed on both offense and defense,” Hancock County head coach Josh Roberts said. “I am very proud of our energy and poise. Breckinridge County is a great team and has proven it throughout the season by beating top teams in the region. I think anytime you play a district opponent it’s a battle.”
