Owensboro Police Department
• On January 14, an individual from the 400 block of Crabtree Avenue was charged with the following: wanton endangerment first-degree, using restricted ammo during a felony (shot fired, no injury), carrying a concealed weapon, and criminal mischief second-degree. A bus stop window and apartment storm door also sustained damage.
• An individual from the 200 block of East 9th Street was charged on September 19 with the following: possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12 and possession of matter of sex performance by a minor over 12 and under 18.
• Sexual abuse first-degree of a victim under 12 years of age, rape first-degree of a victim under 12 years of age, and failure to report abuse/neglect/and exploitation of an adult were reported from the 1200 block of Pleasant Valley Road on October 14.
