Kathy Phillips, 68, of Owensboro, passed away on January 27, 2025, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on September 13, 1956, to the late John and Clarice Kuegel.
In her spare time, Kathy enjoyed gardening, sewing, painting, and reading.
Along with her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her brothers, Mike and Keith Kuegel.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Steve Phillips, her children, Brad, Beth, and Jennifer Phillips, and her siblings, Jeff Kuegel and Joan Rogers.
Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Precious Blood Catholic Church, with Father Carl McCarthy officiating. Friends and family are invited to visitation at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home and Crematory, on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
