Owensboro Police Department

• A 9mm casing ring, wedding band, a ring with black and white diamonds, a ring with a heart-shaped stud and black and white diamonds were reported stolen from the 1000 block of East Byers Avenue on Saturday.

• A burglary and strangulation were reported from the 2000 block of Churchhill Court on Sunday.

• A TV (unknown make and model), STIHL chainsaw, and a Stanley nail gun were stolen from the 1800 block of James David Court on Monday.

• The following was reported from the 1600 block of West 1st Street on Monday: theft of identity of another without consent, trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree, second offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

• Arson first-degree was reported from the 1300 block of Locust Street on Monday.

• A Jeep Cherokee sustained $600 in damage on Tuesday from the 500 block of East 24th Street.

• An old toolbox containing miscellaneous tools was reported stolen from the 1900 block of Breckenridge Street on Monday.

• Theft of mail matter including Losartan 100mg tablet was stolen from the 1700 block of West 9th Street on Tuesday.

• Sexual abuse first-degree and sexual abuse first-degree of a minor under 12 years of age was reported from the 400 block of East 21st Street on Tuesday.

• Video Voyeurism was reported from the 3000 block of Frederica Street on December 4.

• The following were reported from the 400 block of Locust Street on January 12: fleeing or evading the police second-degree, criminal trespassing second-degree, trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (drug unspecified), trafficking in a controlled substance first offense (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), fleeing or evading the police second-degree, criminal trespassing third-degree, possession of synthetic drugs first offense, using restricted ammo during a felony (no shots), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, trafficking in marijuana first offense.
