POWDERLY – Julie Ann Bilyeu, 64, of Powderly, died Monday, January 20, 2025 at 7:51AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Ms. Bilyeu was born July 28, 1960 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of New Life Church and a Payroll Clerk for Powderly City Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Virginia Rice; and brother, Mark Rice.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Bilyeu; brother, Greg Rice; sisters, Melissa Vincent, and Sarah Spears; and several nieces and nephews.
