Daviess County and Owensboro bowling split

It was an even match between Daviess County and Owensboro Bowling yesterday as the Red Devils boys’ team won 4-3, but the Panthers coed team was victorious 5-2.

On the boys’ side for Owensboro Xavier Coomes led the way with a 245 and 189, while Tristan Miller rolled 237. Andrew Christensen, Christian Miller, and Sebastian Lawrence bowled 223, 205, and 199.

For the Panthers, they bowled seven consecutive strikes to shoot 225 in the baker game. Kason Smith rolled 194, while Miles Hill bowled 173 and 197. Evan Onstott (184, 206), Logan Ramsdall (172, 181) and Lucas Tincher (210) also all bowled impressive games.

In the coed match for Daviess County, Taylor Curry bowled 181 and 178, while Milan Ferguson rolled 162 and 186. Nolan Ward added 158 and 179.

Owensboro’s high games in the coed match were bowled by Zoey Douglas (121), Landon Bickett (121), and Summer Sutherlin (120).
