Pigtails & Cowlicks is again hosting a spring multi-day sale that provides an opportunity for families to buy or sell high-quality children’s items at bargain prices. The event will be held at the Owensboro Convention Center in mid-April, though seller spots open today.
General public shopping, which includes free admittance, is set for April 25-26, though there are opportunities to shop early. Find out more about the ticketing levels here. Presale tickets will go on sale at a later date.
