Patricia Ann Napier, age 84 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away January 7, 2025, at Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility. She was born in Harned, KY on December 1, 1940, daughter of the late Sylvia Marguerite Hooper and Cyrus Herndon Moorman. Pat was a member of Hardinsburg United Methodist Church. She retired after many years from Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, where she worked in various departments. She worked in the Purchasing Department, Operating Room, Emergency Room and was present for the births of many babies. She loved her grandchildren and her pets – Gizmo, her dog and Bootsy, her cat.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Don Napier, daughter Kim Porter, grandchildren Brandon and Duane Probus, great granddaughter Sydney Critchelow, siblings Bob, Neil and Ken Moorman, Brucie Beard and Cissy Dowell.
Pat is survived by 3 children: Duane “Bud” Probus (Diane) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Denise Arnold (Bruce) of Hardinsburg, KY and Debbie Critchelow (Bobby Joe) of McDaniels, KY
3 step grandchildren: Michele Buttz (Doug) of Indiana; Russell Napier (Mary) and Jeff Napier (Patty) of Ohio
Grandchildren: Scotty Spencer (Crissy), David Spencer, Jeremy Probus, Matt Probus, Layla Benham (Tray), Brock Armes, Adam Critchelow (Tasha), Bradley Critchelow (Shannon) and Deanna Hudspeth

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 1 PM with burial in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM on Sunday. All times are central.
