• Jocelyn Wilson, Dawne Messiah, 19, from the 1400 block of Obryne Street was charged Wednesday with following a vehicle too closely and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
• Chloe Embry, 23, homeless was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
• Brittney Nicole Stepp, 32, from the 400 block of Highland Court was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), possession of a controlled substance first-degree (fentanyl), assault of a police officer, and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
• Brittney Nicole Stepp, 32, from the 400 block of Highland Court was charged Thursday with failure to or improper signal, possession of a controlled substance first-degree (fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence, and drug paraphernalia.
