GREENVILLE—— Anna Grace Bivins, 84, went to be home with her Lord on Monday, December 30, 2024, passing from this life at Heartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky. She was born on May 13, 1940, the daughter of Jefferson David Grace and Lou Estelle Snyder Grace. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Greenville where she enjoyed singing, traveling, and quilting with friends. Anna retired from Muhlenberg Community Hospital after forty years of service in Medical Records. Anna’s family was her greatest joy, and she never passed up an opportunity to show her love.
She was preceded in death by her parents and, in 2019, by her husband of 54 years, Jimmy L. Bivins, and brothers Norris Grace and Lindell Grace.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 4 at 1:00 PM at First Assembly of God Church in Greenville with Rev. Ed Tackett officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Greenville, Kentucky.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Len) Chappell of Greenville and Amy Bivins of Greenville; one granddaughter, Courtney (Brad) Tudor of Greenville; two great grandchildren, Addison Tudor, Cy Tudor; one sister, Barbara (David) Jessup of Greenville, KY; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 4 at First Assembly of God Church.
