• William Grant Cheatham, 34, from Livermore, KY was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting and giving an officer false identifying information.
• Robert Roach, 36, from the 1100 block of Hall Street was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking contents from a vehicle.
