Hilton Farms — a new event venue located on a 120-acre farm in Utica — opened in October 2024, marking the culmination of a 2-year project. The venue is located at 3665 Belltown Road and offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, family gatherings, and other events.

The property was purchased by Dana Pearl’s parents in 2014 and has been a family project. After hosting her own wedding on the farm, Pearl was inspired to create a permanent space for others to use.

“When we got married, I knew I wanted to have it here, but there wasn’t an indoor option,” Pearl said. “That experience motivated me to build something that would allow others to enjoy the property while having a functional space.”

The 6,000-square-foot facility includes 4,500 square feet of event space, 1,500 square feet for bridal and groom suites, and a covered porch area. The building is equipped with HVAC for year-round use, with large windows and glass doors providing views of the property. Outdoor ceremony locations include a lake backdrop, a rolling hillside with mature trees, or the venue itself.

Hilton Farms plans to host more than just weddings. Pearl intends to hold quarterly worship nights, where 50% of ticket sales and 20% of vendor proceeds will go to nonprofits. The first worship night is scheduled for March 2025, benefiting Friends of Sinners.

“This project was made possible because of the generosity of my parents and others,” Pearl said. “Giving back to the community through these events is my way of paying that forward.”

Hilton Farms features a list of 42 preferred vendors for catering, photography, and other services, but it also allows renters to bring their own providers. The space can accommodate up to 400 guests and offers flexibility for different event sizes and styles.
