• Dan D Marigny, 22, from Central City KY was charged Tuesday with one headlight, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree hallucinogen, and unlawful transaction with a minor third-degree.
• Natasha N Stewart, 39, from the 1000 block of West 2nd Street was charged Tuesday with operating a vehicle while under the influence first-degree, possession of an open alcoholic beverage content in the vehicle, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
• Gay Htoo, 25, from the 3400 block of Chickasaw Drive was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence first-degree.
