Roy Kenneth Yoquelet Jr., 83, of Rockport, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born August 2, 1941 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Roy and Ruth Hutchinson Yoquelet.
Roy retired from the U.S. Army where he served in Vietnam. He also worked for over 20 years as a Federal Court Security Officer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Larry Yoquelet; and a nephew, James Clark.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Helen Yoquelet; sons, David Mark Steele (Lori) and Roy K. Yoquelet III (Stacie); daughter, Sandra Green (Denny); sister, Nancy Clark; niece, Michelle Audit (Greg); nephew, Richard Clark; and his beloved Bassett Hounds, Kirby and Lucky.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
