Brenda “Joyce” Lamb, 78, of Whitesville, passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 at Signature Healthcare at Hartford. She was born September 26, 1946 in Daviess County to the late Aubrey Owen Lamb and Ida Ratliff Lamb. Joyce was a member of Friendship Fellowship Baptist Church and Daughters of American Revolution.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Lamb.
She is survived by her son, Shannon Lamb, niece Dodie (Roger) Conder and their children, Kelsey and Brett and nephew, Keith Lamb and his children, Jeremy, Samantha and Jessica and their mother, Cindy Lamb and a sister-in-law, Jeanie Lamb.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Cecil Funeral Home, Whitesville. Burial will follow in Cates Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
