Sharon Elaine Arnold, of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Owensboro Health. She was born on March 23, 1953 in Kokomo, IN to the late Howard VerBryck and Wilma VerBryck Michaels. She was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Rockwell in Russellville, Kentucky.
Sharon was preceded in death by her stepfather and mother, Roy and Wilma Michaels; her father, Howard VerBryck; and brothers, Greg VerBryck, and Roger VerBryck.
Sharon is survived by her sons, Bryan (Melanie) McLean of Greenville; Travis (Mari Lee) McLean of Guthrie, KY; step mother, Becky VerBryck of Anderson, IN; brother, Gary (Jane) VerBryck of Tipton, IN; sister, Janice (Junior) Malott of Avon Park, FL; grandchildren, Kaitlyn McLean, Madison McLean, Sara McLean, Kaylee McLean, and Megan McLean; stepchildren, Trevor (Shelby) Sowell, Caulean Sowell, and many nieces and nephews.
Sharon chose to be cremated. The family will have a celebration of Life to be held at a later date. All condolences may be made by making a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in her honor.
