• Carl E Jr Dowlen, 51, from the 2000 block of West 9th Street was charged Tuesday with trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth enhancement), receiving stolen property (firearm), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, possession of marijuana (enhancement), trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree, and first offense (meth).
• Aaron Hunt, 26, from the 600 block of Orchard Street was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of all others.
• Jason Reynolds, 48, address unknown was charged Tuesday with operating a vehicle while under the influence, no operator’s license, failure to produce an insurance card, and possession of open alcohol beverage content in the vehicle.
• Devon L Parm, 19, from the 2100 block of Carpenter Drive was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
