• A juvenile was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
• Michael Allen Moorman, 64, from the 1200 block of Hutch Lane was charged Monday with robbery in the second-degree.
• Randy Turner, 62, homeless was charged Monday with criminal trespassing third-degree, possession of synthetic drugs first offense, and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
• Jerry Denton, 53, from the 2800 block of Lewis Lane was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle.
• Kenneth Riley, 40, from the 1300 block of West 2nd Street was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, second offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia.
