Judy Jeannine Whitley, age 67 of McDaniels, KY passed away October 15, 2024, at Baptist Health Hardin. She was born in Decatur, IL on January 6, 1957. Judy retired from the Breckinridge County Health Department where she was a clinical assistant. She was a member of Hanging Rock Missionary Baptist Church. Judy enjoyed flower gardening, music, reading Beverly Lewis books and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father Earl Samuel Duggins, her mother Madge Bryant Young, stepfather James Young and stepson Ricky Whitley.

3 children: Leslie Earl Sebastian (Tina) of Hardinsburg, KY; April Lachele McStoots (David) of Caneyville, KY and Susan Lee Collins (Johnny) of Glasgow, KY
5 grandchildren: Leslie Earl Sebastian, Jr., Gracie Lane McStoots, Shelby Jada Reshea Garman, Olivia Rae Whitley and Charlie Quaid Whitley
2 brothers: Davye Lee Duggins (Sue) of Kingswood, KY and James Samuel Duggins (Brenda) of Hardinsburg, KY
1 sister: Monica Lane Ball of Hardinsburg, KY
1 aunt: Ann Bryant of Hardinsburg, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 2 PM with burial in the Glen Dean Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 10:30 AM – 2 PM. All times are central.
