Legacy Church has closed its doors, church leaders Spencer and Molly Phillips have announced.

The decision comes as the Phillips announced they sense a call from God “to pause and seek His guidance for the next steps in their journey.”

The Phillips made the announcement on Facebook Monday afternoon, saying that “Legacy Church has officially concluded.”

During this time, the church will not hold its usual gatherings.

“This period of rest is an opportunity to listen intently to God’s voice and discern His timing for the planting of Kingdom Co. We are committed to ensuring that, when the time comes, we move forward with the right structure, team, and vision that aligns with His perfect plan,” the announcement reads.

In the meantime, the church encourages members to serve and connect with other communities, believing that engagement in diverse settings will enrich their faith and strengthen their connections within the broader body of Christ.

Members are encouraged to follow Spencer and Molly Phillips for updates and further information during this transition. They will provide guidance and answer any questions.

The church expressed gratitude for its community’s continued support, patience, and prayers during this time of change.
