Down to only nine players due to injuries, McLean County fell 4-0 to Union County Thursday night. The Lady Cougars recorded 13 shots, with six of them on goal. Keeper Emily LeBlanc finished with eight saves.
“Tonight we played Union County and lost 4-0, but were limited to nine players due to injuries,” McLean head coach Ricky Humphrey said. “We played much better as a team and had several shots on goal with one hitting off the crossbar. We are getting better every game.”
