• Mario Valente Thomas, 39, of Rockport, Ind., was charged Wednesday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
• Christopher Clayton Jenny, 41, of the 1700 block of Parrish Plaza Drive was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
