If you see a big commotion on the river Wednesday morning, you likely won’t need to worry. The Owensboro Spill Control Group will be conducting a full-scale exercise on the Ohio River.
This event will begin at 10 a.m. at English Park. The exercise will simulate a diesel fuel leak on the river.
