The next catfish stocking for the lakes at Yellow Creek and Panther Creek parks is scheduled for Wednesday.

Approximately 800 catfish will be added at Panther Creek Park and roughly 600 fish at Yellow Creek Park. This will be the final stocking for the spring and summer, as the water temperature is rising.

Daviess County Fiscal Court Parks and Recreation partners with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources for the Fishing in Neighborhoods (FINs) program.

Lakes are stocked with catfish and rainbow trout throughout the year. For license requirements and daily catch limits, click here.
