The exit ramp from Audubon Parkway will be closed for 2 days next week due to concrete repairs. A short portion of the Parkway will also be restricted to one lane for a few days.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, beginning May 20 crews will replace a concrete slab on the Worthington Road overpass. Work is scheduled to last through May 22 and will result in the westbound Audubon Parkway being restricted to one lane. Workers are expected to be on site from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
On May 22, work will move to the eastbound lanes and the exit ramp from the Audubon Parkway (eastbound to U.S. 60 westbound), according to KYTC. That ramp will be closed for two days for the application of new concrete.
Motorists should be alert for one-lane traffic controlled by flaggers. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work, according to KYTC.
All planned projects are subject to change depending on the weather.
